All fabrics entering production are meticulously inspected on specialized ROLLTEX measuring and sorting tables before being approved for use. At every Technoavia sewing factory, 100% of finished products undergo acceptance inspections by the Quality Control (QC) department. At the warehouses, the products are randomly inspected again by the QC department. Therefore, all materials, designs, and technological features of our clothing are carefully regulated based on their intended use. Technoavia is capable of producing nearly all types of protective and uniform clothing. Our production facilities include specialized lines for manufacturing: • Knitwear – Equipped with KANSAI SPECIAL (Japan) machinery. • Uniform clothing – Including jackets, pants, skirts, vests, shirts, blouses, and dresses. These lines feature advanced equipment such as PFAFF, DÜRKOPP ADLER, VEIT (Germany) machinery, and MACPI (Italy) presses for final moisture-heat treatment. • Leather jackets – Manufactured with precision for durability and style. • Waterproof clothing – Produced using NAWON (South Korea) machines for seam sealing. • PVC fabric garments – Assembled with highfrequency welding technology for enhanced durability. Additionally, we have successfully mastered the • Two-needle machines are employed for stitching details, providing additional strength to top-stitched and seamed seams. • Special three-needle machines are used for crotch and side seams of pants, as well as elbow and front seams of jackets, ensuring exceptionally durable seams. • Four-needle chain stitch machines are utilized for high-quality elements such as cuffs and elastic waistband inserts, improving performance through even stretch and enhanced durability. • Automatic bartack machines reinforce critical attachment points such as pockets, flaps, belt loops, and closures. Technoavia’s production capabilities include 10 sewing factories equipped with modern, highly efficient equipment. This enables us to manufacture high-quality workwear with exceptional performance properties in minimal time. We utilize the ASSYST (Germany) computer-aided design system for creating patterns and layouts. This advanced technology, combined with the flexibility of our sewing processes, significantly reduces the time from order placement to product delivery. Our automated BULLMER (Germany) spreading complex enhances cutting precision while minimizing cutting time, ensuring the superior quality of the final product.
